Responsibilities:
? Support and coordinate corporate communication events (Townhall meeting etc.)
? Coordinate with communication colleagues in Asia-pacific for meeting arrangement and communication collaterals
? Support content management for internal communication channels including translation and proof reading
? Help with content update on digital platforms
? Interact with different functions and business units on weekly basis
? Support some administrative tasks
? Other tasks if required
What we are looking for:
? Master Degree in the area of Communications, Marketing, Business or similar fields
? Looking for challenges in a fast-paced international environment
? Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent verbal and written English
? Excellent MS Office skills on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
? Work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
