Job Description:

1、负责部分职位的简历搜索与筛选，及时通知候选人并做好各类面试准备工作；

2、负责人事相关数据的收集、整理与初步分析；

3、负责各非上海地区分公司人事工作的审核，跟进与处理；

4、协助做好集团各类会议准备、各类文件归档，资料整理以及其他相关人事工作。

Requirement:

1、英语、人力资源管理专业或有相关海外工作、学习经验者优先；

2、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

5、具有流利的书面及口头表达能力，雅思6.0及以上者；

5、熟悉各类办公软件及办公设备的操作；

6、善于沟通，积极主动，抗压能力强，行动力强，有团队合作意识。
