职位描述： Responsibilities - Write, curate, and publish Mandarin content across social and internet platforms; monitor social media channels; respond to comments - Develop internal communications messages in English that foster a strong community and culture across our offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo - Generate creative ideas for messaging, campaigns, and audience reach - Develop project-based communications plans and refine with guidance - Manage projects and coordinate workflow - Collaborate and consult with internal clients, helping refine communications or develop strategies for tackling specific challenges - Coordinate internal clients, communications team, vendors, and external resources, including designers, videographers, and writers - Promote our mission and beliefs internally, helping us retain our culture and employee experience as a competitive advantage as AlphaSights continues to scale Skills and Requirements - Native fluency in Mandarin, professional fluency in English - Excellent linguistic skills, copy accuracy, and proofreading in both Mandarin and English - Bachelor s degree in corporate communications, marketing/brand communications, public relations, or related field - Outstanding academic credentials from a leading college or university - Deep knowledge of social media platforms in Hong Kong and mainland China; knowledge of social media in other countries in Asia a plus - Understanding of best practice in effective internal and external communications - High-energy self-starter, naturally spotting vacuums and taking the initiative - Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment - Visual design skills would be a huge plus 招聘性质分类： 公司企业 单位性质： 其他企业
