岗位说明：

岗位职责：
1,处理德国/奥地利/瑞士等国家的客户邮件，包括产品订购前的产品信息咨询、顾客下单之后的订单状态以及包裹快递查询;
2,处理产品售后问题, 如客户投诉，产品组合安装、维修、部件补发及退换货等问题的处理。
任职资格：
1,大专及以上学历;
2,德语专业，良好的德语听说读写能力;
3,工作积极主动，自律，成熟稳重、有责任心、优秀的团队精神和职业操守;
4,有在德国留学或工作经验的优先考虑;
5,欢迎优秀的应届毕业生加盟;
