Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Engineering admin：
Organize meetings incl. room and interval
Attend meetings to support meeting minutes and arrangements
Facilitate off site meetings for engineering department
Application engineering & central engineering support
Travel: Around 5 times / yr.; 2-3 days max.
Support on travel organization for department leaders (hotel, flight booking …)
Analyze data around department needs (working hours,…)
Maintain GEMS system, update the NNI & NTC numbers and give training to the new employees
Tracking engineering time according to the original data from GEMS and upload to SAP to make different reports to Managers monthly and project history cost tracking
General department organization support
Provide any other support as assigned

Document control ：
Release engineering drawing and BOM with high quality data/value;
Book part numbers according to company standards and responsible for material master data;
Cross functional work with other internal departments on MDS – Material Data System; Ensure the report can be delivered to our customer on time;
General engineering support for simple release;
Exchange with global plants;
Prepare and provide internal trainings on Document Release;
Other supports in daily Document Release operation
Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree， excellent graduates could be considered.
Patient and careful organized work
Good coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of SAP, ERP is preferred
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
