1，协调中国OpCo部门及国外OpCo的订单需求， 及时完成递交成品及物料。
2，与MU车间一起合作，确保合理的产能计划来实现准时递交率。
3，与OpCo车间一起合作，确保合理的产能计划来实现准时递交率。
4，管理及协调供应链的所有环节以满足公司商业需求。
5，根据客户需求， 转化成合理的生产计划。
6，根据订单预测， 转化成合理的直接材料和间接材料计划。
7，与工程，质量，销售，仓库紧密联系，及时处理呆滞物料。
8，有能力识别并记录跟踪解决生产，质量和流程上的问题。
9，跟踪每天实际产出量与计划的对比，确保产出满足所有需求。
10，及时与管理层沟通产出问题，交期问题或任何潜在的问题。
11，确保所有KPI都保持良好的发展方向及时采取修正措施。 主要的KPI有， SIOP， 计划的可靠性及库存的周转率。
