此职位招收2017届毕业生，非实习岗位，有正式编制。英文口语流利者优先。

1. Provide all necessary arrangement for Company’s visitors or any person whom company deems appropriate, including transportation, reservation of accommodation.
2. Make meeting arrangement for all the visitors.
3. Reservation of air ticket for all the departments and ensure the on-time delivery.
4. Make hotel accommodations to all the departments when they are on business trips.
5. Associate with external agents in regards to services provided to company i.e. cleaning or plant, etc.
6. Monitor performance of drivers and report to General Manager.
7. Claim all the office cost including cleaning, plant etc.
8. Preparation of various relevant data or report when required by General Manager or authorized person.
9. Assist in secretarial duties to General Manager.
10. Various related administrative duties as assigned by General Manager or authorized person.
11. Assist to General Manager to concentrate on cost reduction, for example, cleaning, plant, etc.
12. Handling expatriate issues such as processing work permit, residence permit. visa, payment, transportation etc.

An expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd was opened in Wuhan in the year 2011. This new plant formed the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant is located in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products included: rear caliper, front caliper, actuator, airbag and seatbelt. First assembly line in Wuhan plant launched in May, 2012, revenue target for 2020 will be 500 million USD.
