Qualifications:

Master Degree level qualification

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge of the real estate industry sector

Business and report writing experience

IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)

Architecture related IT skills preferred (i.e. Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc)

Highly organized, high energy

Versatile, creative, customer oriented

Self Motivated / Coachable

Commercial awareness skills

Time management

Team player
