岗位职责：
1. 接听转接电话；并准确记录、留言并及时转达；
2. 对来访人员做好接待、登记和引导工作，并及时通知被访人员；
3. 订餐和快递信件的收发及其钱款申请；
4. 办公用品的采购和发放，并做好登记；
5. 保持公司清洁卫生，展示公司良好形象；
6. 上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。1年以上前台经验(可接受应届毕业生)
2. 英语熟练（口语与书面）。
3. 精通Office软件。
4. 良好的沟通、协调能力。
