Job Description：
> Timely & accurately handle daily customer orders & deliveries and follow-up payment
> Handle the warranty & sample orders & deliveries accordingly
> Make outbound on time and make sure the stocks' accuracy between SAP and 3rd party warehouse
> Help the customers to solve problems or complaints, increase customers’ satisfaction
> Take care of SAP SD user manual and new operation test to support different sales promotional strategy
> Support related internal process set up or optimization
> Assist on other logistics issues if needed
> Support cross function support with sales, PM and marketing

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Hard working, good at learning, good team work and can work under pressure
> SAP experience & good office skills are preferred
