岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
- 主导装配生产设备的安装调试，协调处理设备技术质量问题，验收合格；
Lead the assembly-manufacturing equipment installation and testing，and coordinate the resolution of technical and quality problems so as to achieve the final-acceptance.
- 跟踪设备质保期内的使用情况（特别是在进入批产状态之前），及时记录相关问题，并反馈设备供应商及联系其整改，同时通知相关使用和责任部门；
Track the equipment status within the warranty, esp. in the period of before SOP, by recording the existing issues, then feedback to the supplier and request for improvement, meanwhile inform the user department and co-responsible department.
- 负责职责范围内制造工艺路线中各设备的产能平衡、符合精益生产原则的操作模式定义?和生产区域平面布局定义；
Be responsible for balancing the capacity of equipment (station) from the manufacturing lines within the scope of responsibility. By following the Lean Production Principles, define the operation mode and production area layout.
- 组织生产管理人员按照精益生产原则定义连续的工艺路线中的库存数量和位置，组织装配(现场)工艺人员按照由装配规划工程师规划时预设的方案定义各设备的换型方式并参与制定换型指导书；
Organize the production managing personnel to define the quantity and position of intermediate stocks in the non-stopped process chain, and organize the assembly manufacturing engineer to define the changeover method according to what was planned by the assembly industrial engineer and participate in the creation of corresponding instructions for each machine.
- 配合质保人员按照由装配规划工程师规划时预设的方案定义缺陷件验证方式并协助制定缺陷件使用指导书。
Cooperate with the quality engineer to define the dummy cycles according to what was planned by the assembly industrial engineer and assist to define the corresponding instructions.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历；专业：车辆工程类、电子电气类、软硬件类、机械类、自动化、信息工程及材料类等；
Bachelor degree or above. Major: Vehicle engineering, electronic and electrical, software and hardware, machinery, automation, information engineering, materials and etc.;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
