任职资格：
1.建筑专业本科及以上学历；
2.从事本专业设计工作10年以上，并独立主持或承担过大中型工程项目的设计；
3.对项目总体负责，参与投标或项目关键节点的汇报会议及其他方案（专家）评审会
4.具有市场开拓能力，能维护好重点客户关系，沟通客户需求；
5.有团队管理能力及团队建设经验；
6.具有国家一级注册建筑师资格证、高级技术职称者优先；
7.乐于接受新事物并具有较强的方案设计能力；
Position: Design Director
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture
2. Minimum 10years of working experience in the related field, management of medium andlarge scale projects
3. Overallresponsibility for the project, participate in the report meeting of the bidand other program review meetings of key projects or key projects
4. Strongability in marketing development, ability to maintain key customerrelationships, communicate customer needs
