Job Responsibility:

1. Provide the equipment maintenance support and training, analyze and solve problems, establish the spare parts requirements and continuously optimize equipment, reduce equipment failure rate, improve equipment stability.

参与并提供维修技术支持及人员培训，分析解决问题，制定备件需求,并且持续优化设备，降低设备故障率，提高设备稳定性。

2. Establish and implement effectively PM plan, solve the recurring fault and optimize to keep equipments in the best running state

制定并执行有效地PM计划，解决重复发生的故障并优化使设备处于***的运转状态

3. Participate and provide support of the maintenance technology to maintenance personnel, reduce down time caused by equipment fault

参与并提供维修人员维修技术支持，减少故障造成设备的停机

4. Coordinate or provide the training for maintenance personnel direct at their technical skill

针对维修人员的技能状况提供或协调相关培训

5. Quick response and solution to major fault

重大故障的决策快速反应和方案实施

6. Manage and backup equipment program

管理并备份设备程序

7. Establish the spare parts requirements and inventory record

备件需求及最高最低库存的建立

8. Maintain the new equipment, responsible for the examination and acceptance for the new equipment

新设备标准维护执行,新设备的审查验收

9. Tracking the new equipment, participate in the installation for new project

新设备现场跟踪,并参与新项目中设备的安装调试

10. Responsible for the management of coolant and oil.

负责生产、维护过程中切削液、切削油、液压润滑油等的管理。

11. In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations to manage the special equipments in the company;

根据法律法规要求，对公司特种设备进行管理；

12. Quality management system and environmental management system.

支持部门质量体系和环境体系的有效良好运行；

13. The other rules and policy of Security, operation and 6S

公司其他关于安全、操作、6S等相关规定和制度。

14. 内部交流internal communication

1) 每周与设备维修TL例会，沟通回顾部门各指标完成情况，并采取措施;

Regular meeting with TL to review the execution of KPIs weekly

2) 经常与部门员工交流，解决出现的问题。

Often communicate with maintenance personnel to solve the problems.

15. 外部交流External communication

1） 经常参加设备故障分析会

Participate in equipment failure analysis frequently

2） 经常与设备售后服务部门沟通，解决设备问题。

Communicate with supplier to solve the equipment problems

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科学历及以上

2. Major in electromechanical integration/industrial automation/machinery manufacturing and automation 机电一体化/工业自动化/机械制造及其自动化等专业

3. Familiar with control system, electrical sensing device and electronic safety equipment 熟悉控制系统，电气传感装置和电子安全设备

4. Ability to develop and optimize Siemens system 熟悉并能优化应用Siemens系统

5. Ability to read the Electric drawings written by American/EURO standard 能够读懂英语欧标电气图纸

6. Solid experience in maintenance management; Be familiar with maintenance management 有一定的设备维护管理经验并熟悉设备管理

7. good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力

8. Good English 英语可交流

9. Lean management skills 精益管理能力
