Job Description:

1.Drive optimization of the RSCC supply chain process within lean principles to enhance the service level & profitability level.

2. Optimize supply chain process to improve service level.

3. Conduct Supply Chain projects on-site and within the World-wide organization.

4. Acts as interface for the projects with the local IT department.

5. Drive lean activities implementation and build lean culture.

6. Process diagnostic ability and process improvement ability based on lean concept.

7. Data analysis ability based on 6sigma knowledge.

8. Basic IT knowledge including SAP,CAD,Visio, Minitab etc.

9. Good project management ability.

10.Good knowledge training and project coaching ability.

11. Good team spirit and people motivation ability.

Job Requirement:

1.At least a Bachelor degree in mechanical or industry.

2.With knowledge of systems engineering, computer, mechanical automation, manufacturing, factory application systems, and software.

3.With a certain written expression ability, thinking clearly to describe the program.

4.English, good level
