Main Responsibilities:

1.To provide assistance with the initiation of engagement process;
2.To finalize working papers (including working program and section memos);
3.Follow work programs, use appropriate reference;
4.Diligently following up “open” items;
5.To provide assistance in preparation of finalization documents, such as subsequent event review, completion memo, draft report, etc. (incl. changes after reviews and client feedback);
6.To produce accurate and timely work, identify valuable findings;
7.To understand the ultimate purpose of the work required and participate to an efficient, thorough and profitable audit;
8.To have an excellent relationship with client;
9.To perform other assigned work.
 

Qualification:

1.University in China or abroad;
2.Bachelor or above in finance, accounting, auditing, business, or engineering;
3.Good oral and written English; and knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, Japanese or Russia) will be a plus (though not necessary);
4.A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work;
5.Fast learner and able to work under high pressure;
6.Drive, inquisitive, leadership potential, good organization and interpersonal skills are the advantaged personal qualities for this position; and
7.Willingness to travel.

2.完成工作底稿（包括工作程序稿和章节小结）；
3.跟进工作程序，合理索引；
4.竭力跟进未结项目；
5.协助编制完结文稿，如期后事项审核、完工小结、报告初稿等（包括审核后的变更及客户反馈）；
6.准确及时地完成工作，寻求有价值的发现；
7.理解工作要求的终极目的，进行高效、全面且效益可观的审计；
8.维护良好的客户关系；
9.完成分配的其它工作。


职位要求：

1.国内或海外大学本科及以上学历；
2.财会，审计，或工程类相关专业；
3.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，有第二语言（法语、德语、日语、俄语）者被优先考虑（非必要条件）；
4.有团队合作精神，对工作有责任心和奉献精神；
5.学习能力强，能够在压力下工作；
6.主动，好学，领导潜力，良好的组织能力和人际交往能力是应聘此职位的有利条件；
