Key Duties


● rnPerform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications rnreceived, ensuring that they follow FAFC purchasing guidelines and policies rnwhile maintaining FAFC's published turnaround times (i.e. They are being rnactioned in an efficient and controlled environment)
● Prompt and courteous rnresponses are provided to our customers and a strong, loyal and professional rnrelation is established and maintained with all dealers and customer
● rnConduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved applications not yet rntaken up (NTUs) by the dealer/retail customer
● Assist in the preparation and rnupdate of Procedures and desktop manuals
● Working closely with other rndepartments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in data in rnretail operations system
● Verify data in the retail operations system in rnaccurate and efficient manner to ensure data quality and integrity
● Accurate rnand timely filing of all customer's related data is maintained and that the rncustomers data and contracts are always handled in a secure manner
● Carry rnout other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the rnbusiness

Requirements


● rnProfessional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers rnand customers
● Strong communication skills and good team player; able to rnwork under stress
● Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills
● Good rnorganizational and administration skills
● Good written and verbal English rnlanguage skills
● Good customer service mindset
