Specific responsibilities

To follow the company’s policies and disciplines.

To understand DSM safety, health, environment, security, quality and manufacturing requirements, and practice in the daily works.

To learn work related process, and follow during the works.

To develop self on all kinds of skills/competences (management skills and professional skills) and achieve agreed targets. To be ready as team leader or project leader and delivered agreed results in time.

Education and experience

BSc or higher degree in Engineering or Sciences (Chemical, Mechanical, Supply Chain Management or Industrial, etc.).

Basic knowledge of technical, production methods, process and system management.

Basic knowledge of statistical techniques and quality systems and procedures.

Fluent in English and Chinese.

Technical Skills

Lean philosophy.

Project management.

Business System and Reporting.

Personal characteristics

People who are mobile to working in Tier3/4 cities.

People who have and keep passion.

People who have and keep resilience, commitment, diligence.

People who are willing to accept change and even lead change.
