1、负责公司的日常行政工作，如来访客人的接待、公司快递物流的收发及日常办公用品的采购等；

Take charge of the company daily administration works; e.g. reception the customers, Receive and arrange the company express delivery, couriers and logistic, Purchase and manage the office suppliers etc.

2、协助上级及销售部处理销售订单等事情

Assistant the supervisor to manage the product stocks and handle the sales orders

3、协助公司组织各种活动；如wine tasting品酒活动、VIP品鉴活动等；

Assist the company to organize all kinds of events; Wine tasting event, VIP tasting event etc.

4、协助管理公司的社交媒体平台（如微博、微信、微店等）并提供优质的顾客服务，维护企业、店铺形象

Assist & manage the company social media platform (Weibo, WeChat, Weidian etc.) and provide the professional customer service to maintain the company and shop image.

5、完成上级交代的其他任务

Other duties assigned by the supervisor


职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；专业不限，欢迎应届毕业生应聘

Bachelor degree or above, Fresh graduate accepted
2、具备一定葡萄酒知识，有红酒销售经验优先

Have wine knowledge and Wine sales experience preferred

3、思路清晰，沟通能力强，有良好的团队意识及服务理念

Good communication, team spirits and service concept
3、工作态度认真负责、积极主动；较强的学习、适应能力

Self-motived and hardworking, like to learn new things
4、熟练使用Office办公软件、办公自动化设备

Proficient in Microsoft software，word, excel, outlook, etc.
5、英语听说读写能力良好
