【岗位职责】
1、负责协助公司的各项规章制度执行和维护工作秩序；
2、负责与工作内容相关的各类文件的归档管理；
3、负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；
4、负责例会的会议记录；
5、负责公司日常行政事务的处理及执行。

【岗位要求】
1、无经验要求，每周至少工作3-4天，行政管理相关专业优先；
2、office/excel办公软件运用良好，会使用日常办公设备；
3、具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
