Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Manufacturing Engineer
Location – City and Country: Zhuhai, China

Primary Responsibilities:
-Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process.
-Coordinate Design for Manufacturing(DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(PFMEA) with core team members.
-Continuous manufacturing process improvement with TEOA tools for cost reduction
-Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)
-Condition, design and review all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification for meeting TE engineering and EHS requirement.
-Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.
-Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.
-Trace and analyze production engineering on site issues and provide solutions;
-Provide guidance to technician in solving production engineering issues;
-Cooperate with QE in solving quality complain issues;
-Prepare the equipment maintenance plan and monitor the plan execution conducted by technician;
-Install and debug equipment and lines to make sure production launch in time;
-Follow up sample making issues and FSR during new project immigration and introducing process;
-Conduct the machine guarding, LOTO, etc, to execute company EHS standards & requirements;
-Draft and update the engineering document, such as WI, process flow chart, PFMEA, etc.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
-Independent self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and apply resulting knowledge in a practical manner.
-Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
-Analytical and problem solving abilities.
-Stress free English communications additionally to local language (read/write/speak/listen).
-Good Communication skills, execution ability and team work spirit.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Pro/E.

Educational Required/Desired:
-Mechanism engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or related field.
-Bachelor or above degree.
