To support our team, we are looking for a Marketing Intern:

Reporting

You will report directly to the Founder & Owner or to whomever he appoints.

 
Duration
 
Minimum six (6) Months Internship.
 
Main tasks

- Update, revise and create new Marketing Collaterals
- Prepare proposals for Clients
- Update of websites and social media such as Wechat and Facebook
- Coordinate with media if any commercial shooting, interview or other public campaigns are requested
- Marketing Research & Analysis of a specific Project to be completed during the internship
- Assist Events Team with coordination and set up
- Assist Residences Manager with customer service
 
This description reflects the core activities of the internship but is not intended to be all-inclusive and other duties within the group/department may be required in addition to changes in the emphasis of duties as required from time to time. There is a requirement for the Intern to recognize this and adopt a flexible approach to work. Assignments will be reviewed regularly and where necessary revised in accordance with Company’s needs.
 
Any major changes will be discussed with the Intern.
 
Assessments and Opportunity to Promote
 
Intern’s progress will be monitored every month with evaluations performed on a quarterly basis. After the first six (6) months, the Intern will have the opportunity to promote to Management Trainee position for an additional period of six (6) months. As a Management Trainee an additional Allowance of RMB 2,000/month will be granted.
 
Final Evaluation
 
Upon completion of the six (6) months Internship Program and the possible six (6) months Management Trainee Program, CHAI Living Management will evaluate the Intern/Trainee and award him/her with any of the following:
 
“Certificate of Excellence” – This is the maximum recognition a CHAI Living Intern/Trainee can achieve. The Certificate comes with a monetary compensation of RMB 1500 for Intern or RMB 3000 for Trainee.


 
In addition to this, and subject to CHAI Living needs at the time, a full time position to join CHAI Living team can be offered the Management Trainee.
 
“Certificate of Outstanding Performance” – This Certificate recognizes the Intern/Trainee superb performance and comes with a monetary compensation of RMB 500 for Intern or RMB 1000 for Trainee.

“Certificate of Completion” – This Certificate recognizes that the Intern/Trainee has successfully completed his/her Internship/Management Trainee Program.
 
Tax
 
The Company will be responsible for tax in line with local company law. The Intern/Trainee agrees to provide relevant local invoices for all Allowances to assist Company to be tax compliant.
 
Expenses
 
Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per Company’s policy and upon receipt presentation on a weekly basis.
 
Working Hours
 
40 hours a week to be confirmed by Management according to Company needs.
 
Office Location

You will be working from our office in the following address: 370 Bei Suzhou Road (near Sichuan Road), Shanghai 200085, People’s Republic of China.


Public Holidays

You are entitled to enjoy all Public Holidays, or in case that you need to be on duty, you will be compensated for it according to China’s Employment Laws and Regulations.
