Job Description：
> Responsible for the daily operation for customer e-business platform, transfer the sales plan, follow up the order, make the packing label, trademark, logistics for the shipping and deal with the process
> Inform Finance to invoice the sales invoice
> Be responsible for follow up, inventory check, reconciliation with customers. Communicate and coordinate with customers once problems occur to guarantee goods not to be lost outside
> Responsible for establishing the documents for the customers and record the shipment, reconcile with the external warehouse regularly
> Feedback to the customer for the query, deal with the claims from customers and transfer the quality related information
> Prepare logistics KPI report: order fulfillment performance monitoring and statistics, inventory turnrate and inventory level (abc analysis), warehousing efficiency statistics, bonus index check list(quantity and position checking monthly), sales vs fc report, meeting protocol, etc
> Summarize order delivery statistics; communicate with production planner and production to make sure delivery on time
> Make capacity and order estimate according to production status and order status
> Maintain safety stock for F.G to reach the target

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
