Job Description：
> Provide support in production line and active participation in solving internal concerns by using quality tools
> Quality tools such as: 8D report, 5 Why's, FTA. PDCA
> Perform audits in order to verify accuracy in documentations such as:
? Control Plans, Poka-Yokes, RRT, Files/records, X-R charts and gauge & masters calibration
> Execute process audit and product audit according plan
> Accuracy in Control Plans and distribution for all concerned areas
> Accuracy in Inspection Instructions and distribution for all concerned areas
> Update the Control Plans in time when process/product change or quality improvement happened
> Accuracy in Capability studies, SPC controlled according requirements
> MSA studies for all gauges needed according plan
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical
> Basic knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment
> Knowledge in Quality Tools and Solving problems. Active participation in Lean manufacturing and six sigma projects
> Good communication skills
> Good command of both oral and written English
