Job Description：
> Respond effective and timely to production concerns in assembly area. e.g. process description, root cause & action plans for down time rejects
> Evaluate existing processes on serial production, to be understand the requirement/specification of existing process, analysis and solving fixture technological problems, development and implementation of measures to eliminate variations in the quality system
> Deliver assembly set-up plan and working instructions, make sure they are correct, readable for an operator to operate an assembly station
> Ensure change-over parts, stations arrive in time & meet the requirement to start of production. Trail runs & release according quality procedure
> Collaborate with specialists in production, maintenance and quality, leading role is necessary in most of the times
> Initialize and realize process change according quality procedure, a timing plan together with launch, logistic, production, quality is necessary
> Process development, including improved concepts, focusing on realize the idea. Design might be required
> Perform a changeover on a machine if requested by a senior manager. This would only happen if deemed absolutely necessary by the Management Team
> Management documentation from external vendor to internal
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical
> Basic knowledge and experience in assembly mass production
> Good experience for AutoCAD, solidworks and other Microsoft office tools
> Good communication skill
> Good command of both oral and written English
