As a German company operating globally, we are looking for a motivated team member for our Changzhou office who shares our
enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain management. You will take an active part in 4flow’s projects for our multinational customers in China as a:

Your responsibilities
As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:
??

-Guaranteeing the execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations on a shift basis using our transportation
management system
??-Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties
??-Reviewing and checking invoices from the carriers and other service providers

Your profile
??-Bachelor’s or master’s degree and relevant experience in a service-oriented field (preferably in customer service and/or
logistics) for an international company in the automotive industry or with a logistics service provider
??-Experienced in using IT systems and working structured and solution-focused while showing customer service
??-Native speaker of Mandarin with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
