Major Responsibilities:

Support with strategy related regular document update.

Cross-department communication and coordination.

Support with UC BBA system application.

Support with high-level Workshop organization and venue set up.

Support with meeting arrangement and meeting room booking.

Requirements:

Very high requirements of oral and written English

Excellent skills in MS office, especially PPT

Friendly and detail-oriented personality, strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Work 4-5days per week for continuous 6 months

Bachelor (prefer senior) or master degree, must maintain student identity during internship

Quick learner and capable of working under pressure

Treatment

3000RMB/month (after tax)
