Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting sales team in daily work.

Job Responsibilities

1.Prepare sales quotation and inquiry; deliver the projects to CS;

2.Follow up sales project schedule input the forms;

3.Communication with Sales, clients and Engineers about some urgent things;

4.Responsible for co-license follow up;

5.Prepare sales reports, sales meeting and meeting minutes;

6.Prepare seminar and business activities;

7.Collect marketing message feedback to sales manager;

8.Documentation management;

9.Other work assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

3.Good communication skill and initiative;

4.Will be sales potentiality and will train her for a sales;

5.Good computer skill;

6.Good command of English.
