职位描述 Job Summary The Management Trainee Program for the Gaming sector is designed to strengthen our talent pipeline by preparing graduates for future leadership roles. Working with an international team, you will have the opportunity to learn how foreign companies work and how foreign games operate in China. Devoted to an emerging industry, you will glean an overview of the Chinese gaming market and realize the potential for your ideal role. Description During the first nine months, you will rotate through different departments in our organization. Over the following months you will experience leadership roles under the guidance of our experienced management team. You will learn and grow with our company, and make positive changes to your career path. After you complete the rotation, you will be able to apply for leadership positions in one of our departments. Essential Qualifications ? Sophisticated language skills both in English and Chinese ? Excellent management skills ? Exceptional communication skills Additional Requirements ? Game lover committed to joining the gaming industry ? Innovative and resourceful thinker who can identify industry trends ?
