Job Introduction
This position is accountable to provide fiancé and administrative support services to the overall Global IT Teams as required. Provide administrative and other support, as necessary, for the IT Finance and Admin functions of Global IT.
Major Responsibilities
1. Support customer billing data collection and validation
2. Offer and contract management including creation, update, cancellation.
3. Responsible for daily admin activity including expense report collection, document management, etc
4. Organize annual IT conference
5. Assist in administrative support with other departments (HR, Finance & MIC Admin)
Knowledge and Education
1. Requires basic knowledge of accounting, finance or economy.
2. Bachelor or Master
Skills and Competencies
1. Frequent on oral and written English
2. Independent on work
3. Advanced tools including V-lookup, Pivot in Excel and MS office
