NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
· Manage the orders in system
· Create receipt & fapiao and follow up with warehouse on delivery arrangement
· Generate daily report for Finance Department’s further processing
· Handle customer enquiries timely
· Work closely with Logistics Department and warehouse to arrange the returned
products from customers
· Inspect the returned products and arrange delivery to warehouse
· Manage the reverse orders in system and handle discrepancy
· Consolidate fapiao for Finance Department on weekly basis
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION
· At least 1 year relevant experience preferably in luxury retail industry
PARTICULAR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Proficient in computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good planning and organization skills, detail oriented and multi-tasking
CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED
· Strong motivation and be able to work under pressure
