1． 从事软胶囊压丸、配料、化胶、干燥等工序的轮刚培训及现场生产工作。
2． 全面了解软胶囊生产的各个环节并能够很好的操作。
3． 严格执行5S的流程。
4． 对安全生产有全面的认识。
5． 按照行业GMP要求并严格执行，做好相关的各项生产纪录。

基本要求：
1. 中专、高中毕业以上，大学学历者优先。
2. 愿意从事三班运转生产。
3. 从事过食品，药品生产及其相关行业背景，接受过GMP，ISO22000等相关培训者优先考虑。
4. 具有独立解决压丸过程中遇到的实际问题，使用过250型（宝昌，昌成、天民）机并掌握这些机器的工作原理。
5. 有团队合作精神，积极向上的心态。
