? Develop and manage strong partnerships with internal and external clients including undergraduates, regional offices and professors of universities.
? Plan, lead and closely monitor the implementation of campus processes by working with external agencies, internal departments.
? Handle campus programs from planning to execution with strong capability to track details.
? Manage the steps from planning to execution. Arrange campus visits, on-campus presentations, and student’s visit, drive other campus related events.
? Attend/co-facilitate campus recruiting committee and drive resources from different groups both internally and externally to ensure the whole process smoothly move forward.
? Develop the interview and section process, and identify the key competencies to assess at each campus program.
? Manage candidate experience and hiring process, including but not limited to interview scheduling, assessment process, offer tracking, on boarding process, internship management, report generation and etc.
? Identify opportunities of improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
? Drive various initiatives to build the strong campus branding, including organize on-campus forum, students’ visit, host job trek and etc.
? Supervise the projects include marketing campaign, Campus/professional bodies’ relationship management as well as other innovative projects on graduate recruitment;
Position Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
? Good skill at written English and Chinese;
? Solid graduate/campus recruitment experience as strong person, preferably within a services or multi-national corporation environment;
? Strong networking, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
? Client service focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
? Detail oriented and good organizational skills;
? Self-driven and good problem-solving skills;
? Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
? Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem solving;
? Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
? Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and a strong team player;
? Requires strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills;
? Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
? Proven project management and ability to think out of the box;
? A ‘can do’ attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team;
? Knowledge and understanding of the talent landscape of CRM, Marketing and advertising Industry, IT will be a plus
