Job Description：
> Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
> Communicate project timing and task to team members in a timely and clear fashion
> Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
> Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of personnel from within the company if required
> Set and continuously manage project expectations with team members
> Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
> Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
> Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
> Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
> Track project milestones and deliverables
> Mentor and supervise project team members, influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
