Responsibilities

Reporting to the Talent & People Manager China & HK, you are responsible for performing basic administrative tasks for various departments, including and not limited to:

Office Operation: assist with office maintenance, supply replenishment, clerical help…
Reception Desk: cover shifts at the reception desk to answer incoming calls, greet guests and receive deliveries

Desired Skills and Experience
 
You are a current university students (preferably in Year 2 or 3), ideally pursuing a degree in accounting/finance related subjects;
You are available to work at least 3 full days per week;
You are detail oriented and self-driven;
You have excellent communication and organization skills;
You are fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
You are interested in learning about e-commerce business, while obtaining hands-on work experiences in an international, fast-paced team environment
