We are currently looking for Product Development Engineers for the next generation EBeam review tool development. The job requirement includes:

Capability to work with a cross functional engineering team to understand highly complicated technical problems and come up with solutions. The candidate is an innovative thinker and an excellent problem-solver.

Be a "hands-on" engineer to integrate and test the various sub-systems. Independently carry out simulation, modeling, characterization, integration and development of the designs.

The candidate is expected to gain a detailed functional understanding of the entire product. Be able to analyze the high-level product requirements to allocate them onto the sub-systems.

The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:

Ph.D. in Physics, Experimental Partical Physics, Vacuum Physics, Accelerator Physics, Physical Electronics or related field is highly preferred.

Previous experience in any of the following field is highly preferred: vacuum system, electron source and electron optics design, electron and surface interaction, semiconductor capital equipment development.

Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.

Experience in integrating systems with multiple subsystems such as optics, electronics, data acquisition, motion control, etc.

Good English communication skills. Is willing to travel worldwide for customer support as well as internal collaboration among different function groups inside KT.

中国研发中心现需要组织一支全新的研发团队，从事基于电子束的芯片检测设备的研发工作，急需产品开发工程师，岗位职责包括：

与所有工程师团队合作，理解高度复杂的技术难题，找到解决方案。

实际动手组装系统，独立完成子系统的仿真，模拟，原型机调试，测试，以及最终整个系统的集成。

对于整个系统的技术指标有较深的理解，能合理地把设计指标从整机分配到各个子系统。

在全球范围内对主要客户进行技术支持。

应聘者需要满足以下方面的要求：

物理学博士优先，涵盖粒子物理，加速器物理，真空物理，物理电子学等方向。

有以下方面经验者优先：电镜的组装与维护，真空系统，电子枪与电子光学设计，电子与样品的相互作用，大型半导体设备开发经验等。

很强的数据分析与解决问题的能力。

有过自己搭建实验平台的经验，包括集成各种元件，数据采集与运动控制系统，传感器等。

良好的英语表达沟通能力，能在一个国际化的环境下工作。能够飞往全球各地与KT其他部门合作或者支持主要客户。
