Job Responsibilities

We are proudly working together as a unified and synergized customer service team on “Order to Cash” for Parts, Bytes, and Services

We are pursuing superior customer satisfaction and efficiency, driving customer-orientation mind-set, operation, and processes across the organization, and openly adapting on new requirements and changes

We are committed to pro-actively support sales force as sales back office

We are driving excellence and innovation in operations & process design to enable highly efficient and lean operation (Competence + differentiation)

The responsibilities are derived from the vision and focus on process enablers, project management, and optimize the operation

Job Requirements

'We are looking for young talent with Passion to work in Bosch, Desire for success, and Willingness to learn

Majored in business / commercial areas (but not limited, open for all majors), e.g., supply chain, logistics, finance, and MBA is a plus

Strong communication skills and coordination capability with potential leadership for complicated tasks, e.g., cross-functional department, btw the company and customers, among different level of customers

Strong analytical skills with Strong visualization competences via MS Office required

Very Much Task and result oriented with Strong desire for success

Good team player and leadership potential
