岗位描述：
Receive visitors;
接待来访者；
Reserve meeting rooms, make preparations and provide administrative support for meetings;
负责会议室的使用安排，并提供会前准备与行政支持；
Ensure the workplace clean and tidy;
确保办公环境的干净与整洁；
Purchase and manage the office stationery and record the use of it;
采购和管理办公室文具，记录文具的使用情况；
Book flight for employees and responsible for the arrangement of transportation and accommodation issues;
为员工预定机票，负责安排交通和住宿事宜；
Undertake any other duties assigned.

职位要求：
全日制大学在校大学生（大三），每周能保证三天以上实习时间；
吃苦耐劳，踏实、认真、负责；
善于沟通，理解、表达能力强；
积极进取，能承受较强的工作压力；
具有较强的学习能力和适应力；
熟练掌握word、Excel等办公软件使用技巧；
具有良好的英语口语和书写能力。

Required:
Undergraduate of full time university. Full time work at least 3 days/week.
Detail oriented, accountable, hard working.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work under pressure
Adaptable and have strong ability in learning.
