Project – University engagement ambassador

Support engagement activities with universities and tertiary institutions in respective city (Shanghai or Singapore)

Support Talent Acquisition lead in country to manage internship calendar for Shanghai and Singapore

Engage campus rep on coordinating applicants and campus/ on-site events

Drive peer level community engagement with students in campus across multiple platforms

Work experience

Provide assistance in the recruitment activities including internship program and/or career fairs for graduates program

Provide administrative and operational support for talent acquisition related activities

Requirements:

Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related discipline

Desire to work within a fast pace and multinational environment

Good interpersonal, communication and networking skills

Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and creative

Strong organizing and analytical skills and multi-tasking skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
