暑期实习生招募详情

应聘条件:

（一）全日制高等院校在校学生（海外高校亦可）；

（二）英语专业学生或英语口语流利的其他专业学生（外籍留学生亦可）；具有较强的沟通交流能力、团队合作能力、适应环境能力及解决复杂问题的能力；具有进取意识、忠诚守信、认同公司文化和价值观，服从公司安排，身体素质优良，仪容仪表端正，无违规违纪等不良纪录。具体岗位信息详见公司校园招聘岗位。

招聘岗位：

1、外教助理/Recruiting Specialist(暑期实习)

Position Overview

The Recruiting Specialist is a position within the Online Tutoring Department at ALO7. The RS works to ensure both quantity and quality of tutors. The main duties involve daily recruiting activities and timely communication with candidates. The RS also collaborates with other departments to ensure ultimate recruiting experience for tutors and delivery of high quality tutors for partner schools.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily application screening and interview candidates

2. Be responsible to manage full cycle recruitment, including but not limited to teacher interview, screening and onboarding

3. Provide professional teacher support

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree a minimum, teaching experience preferred

2. Experience with teacher recruitment, especially North American teacher recruitment

3. Fluent verbal English, cross-cultural understanding, experience studying or living in the US preferred

4. Excellent communication skills, fast learner and ability to work under pressure

5. Results-oriented; ability to finish all kinds of tasks within the deadline and prioritize multiple initiatives

2、英语教学助理/Academic Associate（实习，可留用）

Position Overview

The Academic Associate is a position within the Academic Product Team at ALO7. The AA works on projects that ensure and enhance a high level of blended-learning outcomes.

The main duties involve the evaluation of class videos to ensure the teaching quality of Online Tutors. The AA also collaborates with Academic Product Manager to creat and implement academic product based on clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, self-motivated, child-centered, and an effective communicator.

Duties and Responsibilities

Observation: 50%

Observe a minimum of 20 class hours per week,

Provide constructive feedback to tutors and related parties

Materials Creation and Editorial: 40%

Create materials related to academic products based on the clients' needs.

Create documents related to learning quality management processes

Copy, edit and proof read materials across media, including Word, Excel, PDFs, Flash, and audio files,etc

Training: 10%

Observe delivery of training to ensure quality and consistency

Provide feedback on training

Provide new ways to improve product

Skills

1 years experience in ELL and/or young learner education

1 years experience as a teacher

Great collaborator who is flexible and works well under pressure

Keen eye for details

A passion for contributing to high-quality, innovative materials that lead children to love to learn

Able to use the Microsoft Office suite of products, PowerPoint, email, and be familiar with apps, digital learning products, and textbooks
