KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ SCM ASISTANT
a. To be the assistant for SCM department and the manager
b. Track and report all KPI’s for SCM monthly
c. Manage the documents of contracts, drawings and reports, etc. in server
？ COST REDUCTION:
a. Make cost reduction report monthly based on SPS
b. Make 5C report quarterly
c. Follow up on going cost reduction progress
？ SPS MAINTAINESS:
a. Ensure monthly measurements (CPMs, cost reductions and delivery) to be uploaded into SPS 100% on time and correctly.
b. Approved supplier list and contact information maintenance
c. Maintain all the data for each production supplier into SPS and make sure those data correct
d. Make sure all suppliers access to SPS to review their score card at least once a month
e. Make a summary for all suppliers’ scorecard monthly.
？ RAW MATERIAL MONITORING SYSTEM:
a. Tracking the defined main raw material price development weekly 100% on time and correctly
？ TOOLING MANAGEMENT:
a. Build up a supplier tooling management/tracking system
？ SAP data & MRO management:
a. Manage PO & Invoice for approved PR
b. Material master data maintain
？ DOCUMENTATION MAINTENANCE:
a. Internal and customer technical documents \specifications \drawing\BOM management and release.
b. Release drawings
c. Engineering change follow-up including subcontract, material & tooling and process etc
d. CAMDS/IMDS data management and release.
？ Ensure TRIR & GSSF to reach yearly target
？ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
    
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
？ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is required or equivalent
？ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
？ Experience as buyer and data analysis is preferable
？ Responsible, very careful and high efficient, diligent and smart, team-player and willing to work under pressure
？ Strong communicative skill
？ Good written communication & presentation skills (Chinese)
