Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for making strategic plan of branding on quarterly basis.
Establish long-term stable relationship with first-tier financial medias and other vertical areas of medias, such as FMCG, TMT, industrial, and medical, etc.
Responsible for media delivery and branding promotion to support and benefit business cooperation.
Collect relevant media information; analyze data to grasp media trends in a timely manner and monitor the public opinion.
Independently write PR articles, and review other departments’ promotion materials;
Update and maintain the company Website, WeChat and Weibo, etc.
Responsible for the planning of the company's internal and external promotion materials, and build up a corporate culture.
Plan and organize media conference, return banquet and PR events, etc.
Other tasks assigned by partners.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, 2 years working experience in media, PR or marketing area is a plus.
Capable of media development and business negotiation. Candidate who has financial media resources is preferred.
Capable of article writing ability, quick thinking, logical and adaptable.
Capable of resource integration, communication and coordination, service-oriented, accountable, and able to work under pressure.
Age in 25-35, good image, proficiency in mandarin, kind, outgoing and respectful.

市场部经理
职责：
制定公司品牌推广战略，按季度对公司推广阶段进行规划；
维护和开拓企业品牌库，帮助企业建立与一线财经媒体及快消、TMT、工业、金融、医疗等垂直领域媒体建立长期稳定的合作关系，为推广企业品牌寻求宣传机会；
负责公司的媒体投放及品牌宣传层面的商务合作；
搜集相关媒介资料并对已露出的公司稿件进行传播分析，并负责公司的舆论检测；
自主撰写公司品牌推广文案，并审核其他部门推广材料；
负责更新和维护包括公司官网、微信和微博公众号在内的公司宣传渠道；
负责规划和统筹公司对内、外传播的所有宣传物料，并构建公司文化体系；
策划和组织媒体发布会、客户答谢会等公关活动；
合伙人要求的其他工作。

要求：
本科以上学历，2年以上媒体、公关或者市场部工作经验为佳；
有一定的媒体开拓能力和商务谈判能力，有财经类媒体资源优先；
有扎实的文案写作能力，思维敏捷，逻辑性强，应变能力强；
资源整合能力、沟通协调能力，服务意识强、工作责任心强，能承受工作压力；
25-35岁，形象佳，普通话标准，口齿清晰，有较强的亲和力、性格开朗，注重礼仪。
