1. Media partnership
a) Execute current media partner exchange
i. Prepare conference producer’s marketing material
ii. Prepare GBI marketing material and send it to conference producer
iii. Get conference producer’s banner/logo/write up/AD on GBI newsletter/website/magazine
iv. Keep track on the delivery of GBI media partnership and visa verse
v. Register conference for GBI attendees
b) Draft contract from GBI media partnership template and help with contract review process
c) Research to find new event that is related to GBI business

2. Mailing list
a) Clean mailing list and do analysis on its demography Statistic
b) Mapping mailing list with new Synapse system
c) Work with design team to update media kit
d) Update CPB delivery list with CR team

3. Operation execution
a) Operate on sendgrid and wechat platform to deliver newsletter on email and wechat channel
b) Send monthly magazine to subscribers

4. Tech support (nice to have)
a) Html creating
b) New mailing system tutorial
