Major Responsibilities
1.Maintain cash book and petty cash record. Prepare check payments and TT draft application application, petty cash disbursement. Be in charge of E banking input. Journal vouches to ERP system.
2.Foreign exchange declaring in time after received the bank’s records and custom clearfile.
3.Issue invoice according to matched Delivery note, packing list and customer PO.Accounts receivable and collections. Handle queries from debtors.
4.Book the purchase invoices in ERP System, check the unit price matched with the PO, the quantity matched with the receiving ticket.
5.Attend relevant meeting held by Tax Bureau and collect information promptly. Other job assigned by finance manager.
6.And other duties as assigned by manager.
Skills and knowledge requirement
1.Prefer 1 years working experience in finance field with multi-national companies.
2.Familiar with local tax policy.
3.Skillful in using all Excel and K3.
4.Good communication skill.
