Job Description
-Generate test report and support Design engineer etc.
-Generate and improve test procedure and instruction.
-Maintain and improve test equipment and device, test function.
-Guide test technician to assure correct test execution
-Develop and conduct engineering test to validate and assess product performance.
-Establish and optimize test method, concept, equipment, procedures etc. to improve testing effectiveness or efficiency.
-Train and guide technicians to assure correct test operation.
-Responsible for test facility calibration and maintenance.

Qualifications
-Mechanism or steel/powder metallurgy professional.
-Related internship experience in Power tools Accessories or tools R Production; quality management is preferred.
-Good statistics skill
-Be familiar with Excel, Minitab, etc. to analyze the test result.
-Fluent in both spoken and written English.
-Teamwork orientation, good communication and organization ability.
