Job Description
- Design experiments to detect/define the possible failures of common rail injectors which happen during customer project development phase, analyze the function and performance of injector using Origin
- Disassemble/ assemble injector, investigate parts to locate the failure root cause
- Manage injector customer projects according to TS16949 requirements and RB/DS procedures by coordinating customer and RB internal departments
Qualifications
- Major in mechanical engineering/ internal combustion engine/ material etc.. Engineering
Master Degree preferred
- Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)
- Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences
- Basic knowledge or experience of project management preferred, project experience with automotive
- OEMs will be a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analysis capability with quality methods or tools, eg: Fish-bone, 8D
- Basic understanding of ECU, Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electronics of CRS
- Understanding technical relations and consequences
- Broad technical background and interest
