Job Description
-AE-CN headcount control and central headcount report (R&D,PER analysis)
-Productivity report.
-SMT cost control
-DLV/GB allocation/CP allocation report
-AE cost charge out within RBAC
-Monthly accrual and invoice tracking
-OOIE report
-Month-end closing of SAP and report.
-To assist department head in Ad hoc reporting request.
-Assistant of AE/CTG-CN
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Major in finance, accounting related.
-At least 2-3 years in accounting/costing field.
-Fluent spoken and written English
-Clearly understanding for manufacturing cost structure.
-Be able to analysis P&L result and the variance independently.
-SAP user in manufacturing foreign company.
-Excel and access know how.
-To work actively and diligently; Be able to solve problems independently; Be able to work under pressure.
-Have good self-study ability, independent analysis and ability to deal with affairs.
-High sense of responsibly and patience, team work.
