职位描述：
1、To be in charge of monitoring the customer delivery plan, to communicate with the customers and factories in time about any issues of the delivery quantity, delivery date and packing, be responsible for the problem solving and action plan making.
负责客户交付计划的监督，对于交付中出现的任何交付数量、交付日期和包装等异常情况与客户和工厂进行及时有效的沟通，整改预防措施的制定；
2、To be responsible for the physical inventory plan making, managing inventory monthly for the external warehouse, customers’ consignment warehouse, and in-transit material, to approve and adjust the stock difference accordingly.
负责盘点计划制定、执行。负责外部仓库、客户寄售库、在途库存的月度盘点、库存差异审批调整；
3、To monitor the raw material arrival plan, to avoid the production line stop of the factory’s and the customs’.
负责原材料到货计划的监控，确保内部工厂和客户不能产生停线；
4、For products what have already delivered, responsible for sending invoice, managing contracts, payment collection and reconciliation;
对已交付的产品，负责其发票的及时开具和寄送工作，会同管理部做好货款的跟踪、催收和对帐工作；
5、To be sure ERP daily running in logistic department, meet the customers’ requirements, insure accurate data in customer’s system.
负责物流部ERP系统正常运作，确保客户需求等系统信息准确无误；
6、To be responsible for the regular stock taking for the packing materials in external warehouse, in transit, in customers’ consignment warehouse, and plant.

负责外部租赁仓库、在途、客户寄售库、工厂物流的包装料架的盘点;
7、To do the job arranged by the department manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、Minimum college degree; studies in logistic or international trade or English, or other related majors;
大专以上学历,专业：物流，国际贸易或英语等相关专业；
2、Proficiency in Office software;
熟悉使用办公软件；
3、Excellent English in reading and understanding ;
良好的英语阅读和理解能力；
4、Logistics related working experience is preferred;
有物流相关工作经验者优先；
4、Good interpersonal skills.
良好的人际关系处理能力

工作表现优异者，经公司考核可在实习期结束后继续留用。
