Responsibilities: 工作职责：
- External machining sourcing; 拓展公司的机加工外协渠道；
- Check machining processes and timing for each machining components designed by D&E and workshop, and clarify any doubt points with the designer and programmer; 根据设计部门和车间的设计检查工艺和时间计划，并与设计师和程序员核对疑点；
- Calculate machining cost for each component based on machining timing and per-hour cost; 针对机加工的时间计划和工时成本计算每个零件的制造成本；
- Negotiate price with external machining suppliers based machining cost; 与外协供应商议价；
- Closely follow up each outsourcing order and get quality parts delivered on time; 紧密跟踪每个外协订单，并保证按质按量地交货；
- Evaluate external machining suppliers based on quality, price, delivery punctuation, machining capacity, etc; 评估外协供应商，包括品质、价格、交货期、产量等；
- Reviewing designs of mechanical components and assemblies to recommend changes that improve machining process and reducing costs; 对零件图审核并提出修改意见以优化加工工艺和降低成本；
- Participating in and facilitating cross – functional improvement/localize teams; 参与公司技术改进/国产化工作；
- Evaluating and improving standard manufacturing methods; 对常规加工方式进行评估并改进；

Qualification: 任职资格：
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering; 机械相关专业本科；
- Familiar with machine tools (e.g. lathe tools, bore lathe, planner, grinder, CNC, etc.); 熟悉加工设备性能（例如：车，铣，镗，刨，磨，数控机床等）；
- Good team-work player; 良好的团队合作精神；
