Job Description: The major responsibility of the candidate is to provide basic administrative and/or office management support to line management and staff including a wide range of responsibilities which may vary from department to department or site to site. Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Manage and organize databases and calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate training, make luncheon and travel arrangements and process travel expenses. 2. Prepare and maintain various documents, correspondence, spreadsheets and organization charts. 3. Format presentations and work on facilitate administrative functions and projects to ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently. 4. Manage, organize and facilitate administrative functions and projects to ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently. 5. Monitor and order office supplies for department including maintenance accounts as applicable. 6. Provide back up support for other functions including, but not limited to facilities, reception and mail room 7. Maintain department records and ensure that files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. 8. Screen and direct incoming calls as appropriate 9. Respond to inquiries and requests for information and keep manager informed of any items requiring personal attention 10. Perform other duties as required. Ideal candidates are expected to be bachelor or master in Administration management Additional knowledge and experience in some of the domains as below will be a plus. 1. Be fluent in writing, speaking, listening in English; 2. Be open-minded, team work;
