Position Description
The increment will be responsible for, but not limited to, office secretary work of the purchasing activities, site construction, property handover, campus operation and logistics affairs. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a purchasing role, setting up pricing and product lines, processing inventory returns, and price negotiation with vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Help evaluate all purchase acquisitions and draw up optimal purchasing plans; Assist to follow up the procedures and activities of purchasing, campus operation and logistics; Assist to contact and coordinate with school departments, government and vendors; Help prepare bidding documents and ensure tendering be compliance to all purchasing guidelines; Help manage some outsourcing of campus operations and logistics; Help with office translation and finish other tasks assigned by superiors.
Required Job Specifications
Required Qualification Bachelor degree or above in the field of science or engineeing
Required Experience Preferably one year or more in similar capacity
